YANKTON, SD – The 2026 South Dakota Archers Association (SDAA) State Indoor Championship proved to be a defining weekend for Lalit Jain, who swept the event with a dominant performance on the line, a prestigious year-end accolade, and a new leadership position within the state organization.

State Champion and 'Top Gun'

Jain delivered a gold-medal performance in the Adult Male Freestyle Limited Recurve division, shooting a commanding score of 574 with 24 Xs. This victory placed him well ahead of the field, securing the state title over competitors Sebastien Huynh and Eric Gaspar.
